This is another quick treat when you are in a hurry. You can pack this and take it with you or have it as a fast pre or post-workout snack. Either way.

Pumpkin Maple Sauce "snack"

Makes 1 snack

Ingredients:
■1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
■1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
■3/4 scoop Isopure Zero Carb vanilla protein powder
■1 stevia packet or to taste
■dash ginger
■dash nutmeg
■dash cinnamon
■1 tbs chopped or crushed pecans (optional - toast first)
■1/4 tsp maple extract (found in baking aisle)

Directions:
1.Chop or crush pecans. To change the flavor a bit, you can toast them first (of course do this with a larger batch of nuts, so you're not having to toast 1 tbs at a time).
2.Place all ingredients with the exception of the pecans in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with nuts, and enjoy.
